This Privacy Policy explains how Seligo LLC ("Seligo,", “Seligo, LLC" "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, follow or message us on social media, sign up for our content, or use any of our Services. Services include but are not limited to ADHD School, group programs, private and 1:1 coaching, corporate and strengths coaching, workshops, webinars, digital and downloadable resources, and community access (each a "Service," together the "Services").
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, and any contact details or messages you share when you sign up, book a call, message us, comment, or enroll.
Payment information: when you buy a Service, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Information shared in Services: what you share during calls, in the community, or in forms and assessments as part of a Service.
Automatic information: basic technical and usage data, such as device and browsing information and cookies, collected by our website and tools to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
deliver and manage the Services you have signed up for;
communicate with you, including sending emails and text messages you have opted into;
process payments;
respond to your questions and messages;
improve our content, Services, and website; and
meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processing, website hosting, community and course platforms, scheduling, email, file storage, video calls, call recording and transcription, artificial intelligence tools, and social or messaging tools. 5. Group calls and community
Some Services take place in a group or community setting. Anything you choose to share in a live call or in the community may be seen by other participants. We ask all members to respect one another's privacy and to keep shared information confidential, but we cannot control or bear responsibility for what other members do. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group.
6. Email and marketing
If you opt into our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will stop sending marketing emails when you do.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
